Medical Notes Aggregation Tool
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm looking for a developer to aggregate medical school notes from multiple platforms into one polished summary.
The platforms to be connected are:
- Obsidian
- ChatGPT
- ClaudeAI
- ScreenappAI
- NotebookLLM
- Amboss
The ideal solution should:
- Automate the aggregation process by allowing me to upload all my course materials (PDF format) and transcripts of the lecture notes (downloaded from ScreenAppAI) that the AI interface can read and create a summary of these two important documents.
- I want to be able to give the AI tool specific instructions to output things like how the content matches with the learning goals/outcomes, provide an overview of the lecture, important points, relevant medical conditions taught. The issue is that the content I am provided with can be repetitive and cumbersome in terms of no order and relevance to me as a medical student. I need the output to not be duplicated so that I can save time when reviewing the notes for examinations in my Obsidian notes program.
- If there is a way to create a second brain this would be perfect. Something that I can chat to, request information in the form of specific summary layouts to suit the lecture types - ie either presented as a case study or an actual medical condition.
- I struggle with information overload and am a visual learner and would like to have concept maps generated if possible.
- If it is possible to link in Amboss or UpToDate as an additional source of information that would be amazing to have as a secondary source of information, but essentially the lecture notes take precedence as this is where the examinations are set from
- I would like the ability to teach the algorithm the different examination types (MCQ, Short Answer (SAQ), OSCE) when the information is presented and can provide me with key insights into how the information is relelvant to each exam type.

- Familiarity with the mentioned platforms.
- Strong background in automation tools and scripting.
- Proficiency in developing user-friendly interfaces.
