Make.com API Scenario Debugging

I have fifteen Make.com scenarios that centre on API connections. They currently throw intermittent errors and timeout issues, and I need each flow back to full reliability without breaking the existing data paths.

The affected calls involve:
• Social media APIs
Claude API
• Third-party services

Your task is to trace the failing modules, diagnose why webhooks, HTTP or OAuth steps stall, and implement fixes or optimisations so every run finishes without manual intervention. Where a vendor limit or malformed payload is the culprit, I expect clear notes inside the scenario and a concise summary in a hand-off doc.

Deliverables
• Updated scenarios (15) saved and re-enabled
• Error logs before/after for comparison
• A short report listing each fix, any rate-limit considerations, and next-step recommendations
