Looking for Back-end or Full-Stack coder that can handle APIs for automated trading project

We are setting up a team to make trading activities using APIs. The trading signals (bidding / buying) will be provided by a 3rd party (Let's call it the trading data source) and then with this signals there will be some data management (like filtering and ranking) and finally these ranked signals will be used to make actual bids.
