Live Stock Trade Screener

I need a custom, real-time stock screener that continuously monitors the market and pushes updates the moment conditions are met. The screener must focus strictly on equities and allow me to filter by Moving Averages and Relative Strength Index (RSI). Every live update should display current price and trade volume so I can react without delay.

Any reliable approach is welcome—a lightweight web app, desktop executable, or a Python solution—as long as latency stays extremely low. Feel free to tap into APIs such as Polygon.io, Alpha Vantage, Interactive Brokers, or an equivalent feed; just outline your choice and why it will deliver genuine real-time data.
