Role: Lead Buyer Automation & Integrations (READ FIRST)

I run lead gen and booked appointment offers at scale.
Leads flow through Calendly, HeyFlow, Lovable, custom landers, then get sold to buyers with different systems.

I need someone to wire everything together. APIs, webhooks, routing, payments.

You must actually know:

APIs, webhooks, Zapier / Make

Calendly routing & integrations

Stripe payments + webhooks

Sending leads to buyer CRMs reliably

Hard requirements:

NYC / EST hours only

Fast responses. No overnight delays

Can talk to buyers and fix issues without supervision

Compensation (important):

This is lean, ongoing work

Simple systems, repeated builds

Pay is affordable, not agency rates

Best fit for someone who wants steady work, not big invoices

Not a fit if:

You’re senior and expensive

You need hand-holding

You vanish for hours

You overcomplicate simple flows
