I'm seeking an experienced Laravel developer to set up and deploy a project integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) with Canvas LMS using LTI.

Key Requirements:
- Implement LTI-based SSO between Laravel and Canvas
- Ensure secure and reliable authentication flow
- Configure Laravel project for deployment on a VPS
- Optimize performance and security best practices
- Provide documentation for setup and maintenance

Preferred Skills:
- Strong experience with Laravel framework
