Laravel CRM WhatsApp Sync Optimization

My multi-tenant SaaS CRM is built on Laravel and deeply integrated with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Right now, user messages are failing to sync correctly, so conversations appear incomplete or delayed inside the app. I need someone who already knows the quirks of the Cloud API and can dig into the queue workers, webhooks, and database structure to restore real-time delivery of messages and notifications.

Beyond squashing that sync bug, I’d like you to:

• Audit and fine-tune Horizon/queue configurations so incoming and outgoing traffic stays responsive under load.
• Refactor any brittle code you encounter to improve maintainability and tenant isolation.
• Ship a small feature set that we’ll scope together once the core issue is stable—think additional webhook events and a streamlined inbox filter.

Success for this engagement means: messages appear instantly across all tenants, queue throughput stays well within SLA, and new functionality rolls out without regression. If you’ve already handled rate limiting, signature verification, and media retrieval with the Meta API in Laravel, this should feel familiar.
