Klaviyo + Salesforce Integration Specialist Needed (India-based preferred)

WatchRepair.net is a Miami-based luxury watch repair and restoration company serving customers nationwide. We specialize in servicing high-end brands like Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, and Breitling, and are known for our transparent communication and white-glove customer experience.
Project Overview:
We’re looking for a Klaviyo + Salesforce specialist to integrate both platforms and build out our core email automation flows. Open to fixed-price ($800 to $1600) or hourly arrangements.
Scope of Work:
• Integrate Klaviyo with Salesforce CRM (bi-directional data sync: contacts, leads, events)
• Build and optimize key Klaviyo flows: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Winback/Retention
• Set up segmentation based on Salesforce data
• Confirm and configure website integration with Klaviyo (please advise on current status)
• Document the setup and provide a handoff guide
Requirements:
• Proven Klaviyo + Salesforce integration experience (share examples or case studies)
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and custom properties
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities)
• REST API / webhook experience
• Graphic design experience for email template design (please share portfolio samples)
• Clear English communication
