JoinIt Chapter Email Outreach
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Our non-profit tracks every member inside JoinIt, and one particular chapter now needs special attention. I have to reach that chapter’s members to invite them to upcoming social gatherings, but I can’t get at their email addresses through my current dashboard view.
Here’s what needs to happen:
• Extract a clean list of active members’ names and email addresses for that single chapter, using JoinIt’s interface or API.
• Supply the list in an easy-to-reuse format—CSV or Google Sheet is fine.
• Create (or connect to) a lightweight mailing tool such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or even JoinIt’s built-in sender, and load the contacts.
• Draft and send one clear, GDPR-compliant invitation email for our social gatherings, making sure replies land in my inbox.
Success is when the email lands in members’ inboxes without bounces and I have the exported list for future use. I’ll provide admin access as needed; you bring the know-how to navigate JoinIt and email platforms smoothly.
