We are a trading company based in Jamshedpur, India.
We want to develop an internal AI-powered admin system called:
Padam Prakash Command Center (PPCC)
The purpose of this system is to automate email assignment, response tracking, follow-ups, and escalation inside our company.
This system will only operate within our internal company email IDs and internal WhatsApp group.
Core Requirements
1. Email Monitoring & Classification
AI reads all incoming emails from company email accounts
Classifies the email (Enquiry / Payment Issue / Dispatch / Vendor / Complaint / Internal etc.)
Assigns it automatically to the concerned person
Forwards the mail to that person
2. Deadline & Follow-Up System
Each email category will have a response time rule (example: enquiry – 2 hours).
System must:
Track whether the assigned person has responded
Send reminder email if no response
Send WhatsApp reminder if still pending
Escalate to Director if deadline crossed
Final escalation: Notify full internal team
3. WhatsApp Integration
