Integration Specialist for Vapi.ai and Make.com Automation

We are looking for an experienced integration specialist to automate the process of extracting call transcripts from Vapi.ai and sending them via email using Make.com (formerly Integromat). The goal is to set up an automated workflow that triggers whenever a new call is received, retrieves only the transcript from Vapi.ai, and emails it to a specified address.

Requirements:

Webhook Setup:

Configure a webhook in Make.com that is triggered by a new call in Vapi.ai.
API Integration:

Set up an API call in Make.com to Vapi.ai to retrieve call details.
Specifically extract the transcript from the call details.
Email Automation:

Configure an email module in Make.com to send the extracted transcript to a specified email address.
Error Handling:

Ensure the workflow includes error handling and logging to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Deliverables:

A fully automated workflow in Make.com that:
Triggers on receiving a new call in Vapi.ai.
Retrieves the call details from Vapi.ai, specifically extracting the transcript.
Sends the transcript via email to a specified address.
Documentation of the setup process, including API configurations, webhook settings, and any other relevant details.
