Install Medusa v2 & Storefront

I need a completely clean, production-ready installation of Medusa v2 together with the official Next.js Starter Storefront on my Contabo VPS running Ubuntu 24.04.
Task 1 (this project - start immediately):
I want a completely clean, production-ready installation of:
Medusa v2 backend (latest version)
Official Next.js Starter Storefront
PostgreSQL database
Proper Nginx reverse proxy + SSL
PM2 for both backend and storefront (with proper service files)
Full documentation of all commands, .env variables, build steps, and how to restart/scale later
Admin panel and storefront both working perfectly over HTTPS
Task 2 (separate future project - do NOT include now):
Later I will hire you again to replace the official storefront with my custom frontend and migrate all my products/images.
