The website [https://www.inberlinwohnen.de/wohnungsfinder] renders apartment listings dynamically. help me find the correct data source for apartment listings and to set up a sustainable automation system to ALERT ME IMMEDIATELY WHEN NEW LISTINGS APPEAR.
I already have the following set up correctly:
* Telegram bot and channel
* GitHub Actions workflow scheduled and manual runs
* GitHub repo with existing scripts incorrect data source and wiring needs fixing
I will share the full GitHub repository link immediately after awarding so you can integrate into the existing setup.
FULL SCOPE OF WORK
1. Identify the REAL data source
* Find the actual API or network endpoint used by the Wohnungsfinder
* Prefer JSON or structured responses
* Confirm the endpoint is stable enough for continuous monitoring
2. Extract listings reliably
* Extract unique listing identifiers IDs or equivalent
* Ensure detection of genuinely new listings only no duplicates
3. Apply filters
Only alert for listings that meet ALL of the following criteria:
* Rooms 1, 1.5, 2
* Rent less than 500 EUR
* Exclude districts: Reinickendorf, Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Spandau, Steglitz-Zehlendorf
Filters must be based only on data available in the listing data source no guesswork scraping.
4. Telegram alert output
Each alert must include:
* Listing title if available
* Rent
* Number of rooms
* District
* Direct link to the listing
Speed matters alerts should fire immediately when a new listing appears.
5. Automation requirements
* Integrate with my existing GitHub Actions workflow
* Script must run unattended
* Minimal automation logic no heavy frameworks
* Bash Python or Node js acceptable
* Clean readable maintainable code
DEFINITION OF DONE
* New real listings appear on inberlinwohnen.de
* Script detects them under live conditions
* Telegram alerts arrive with correct data and links
* No false positives and no missed listings during testing
If this does not happen the job is not complete.
