All integrated with our existing CRM (OneRadius) via API.

* Dashboard (plan, due amount, status)
* Pay Now (UPI integration)
* Invoice & payment history
* Admin-independent system (no CRM rebuild)

Website Requirements:

* Modern, responsive design
* Pages: Home, Plans, About, Contact, Login, Customer Care

Customer Care (MANDATORY):
Must be clearly visible on:

* Website homepage
* App home screen
* Web portal

Must include:

* Toll-free number
* Complaint contact (email + address)
* Complaint process
* Resolution time
* Appellate authority details (name, contact, address)

Conditions:

* Available in English, Hindi, and regional language
* Easily accessible (not hidden)
* Information must be editable

Technical:

* API integration with CRM (OneRadius)
* Android (Kotlin preferred)
* Web (React/Next.js preferred)
