Hiring for an API Developer with ability to integrate tools (Primarily Dialpad and Google Sheets)

I am actively focused on growing my Digital Marketing & Sales Company focused on Construction. We've got some clients and need some help integrating tools to lessen our manual workload in servicing these clients.
We're currently using google sheets to store lead information for our clients. We already use Zapier to do a lot of automation and integration between tools. But we need someone to help go beyond that. Familiarity with Zapier is a big plus for us - if you can do API development using Zapier it will be beneficial or if you can do it in a way that makes it easy for us to re-purpose the code written for future work. We need every automation to run for every client of ours, so reusable code modules are very important for this role. This is why implementing the script via Zapier will be extremely important so we can use Zapier's GUI to re-use the script in the future.
One examples of the automation we need:
when someone puts an X in a specific column in Google sheets, we want the script to pick up a phone number from that row in google sheets, find the contact in Dialpad, get the recording link for that call, change the recording link permissions to make it accessible by anyone, add information to the description field of the call recording page (retrieved from the google sheet), and then add the link into the google sheet.
