Hikvision Alerts to WhatsApp Integration

I need a straightforward way to push both a text alert and the accompanying 5-second video clip from my Hikvision CCTV camera straight into a WhatsApp group every time the camera’s human-motion detection fires.
Because the goal is to keep everything self-contained, the final workflow should rely on the camera itself—no external servers or third-party desktop software. If this can be achieved through the camera’s built-in event actions, custom HTTP callbacks, or a lightweight script uploaded to the device, that is perfect; I simply want it to run hands-free once configured.
Deliverables I expect
• A repeatable setup guide (screenshots or short screencast) showing the exact camera settings, any necessary URLs, and the WhatsApp API or gateway configuration you use.
• A brief test session—remote is fine—where we verify a human-motion event triggers both the text and its 5-second clip in the group chat within a few seconds.
