Help with CBR API

I want a developer who is VERY familiar with the Central Bank of Russia API to generate lists for
all time series in each database at: https://cbr.ru/Eng/hd_base/

For each database I need a 3 column list containing
a). List of Symbols in each
b). English description for each symbol
c) full url's tro download historical data in XML for each symbol

For example the database RUONIA ( URL: https://cbr.ru/eng/hd_base/ruonia/ )

Has the columns:
RUONIA %
Transactions volume in the RUONIA, bln. rubles
Number of transactions, units
Number of the RUONIA participants who conducted transactions in the given day, units
Minimum rate, %
25th percentile of rates, %
75th percentile of rates, %
Maximum rate, %
Status of calculation
Date of publication

The names above would be the description and we need symbols and URL to view the XML data

An example of as url (US$ FX rate) is: http://www.cbr.ru/scripts/XML_dynamic.asp?date_req1=02/03/2001&date_req2=14/03/2001&VAL_NM_RQ=R01235


To bid you need to demonstrate that you know the API by providing the links to 2 datasets in the format
Symbol, Description and URL

Please provide links to view the XML price data for these 2 datasets

"RUONIA" column from database https://cbr.ru/eng/hd_base/ruonia/

"Key Rate" column from database https://cbr.ru/eng/hd_base/ProcStav/IRB_OMMIR/


I can offer no guidance on this API - it is up to the developer to know the API.
I need the lists for each database in a TSV or Excel file.
