Greebly SaaS Platform Migration & Optimization
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
Project Overview:
Greebly is an all-in-one SaaS platform designed to help restaurants streamline their operations, including order management, delivery logistics, customer engagement, and marketing. Currently, the platform is built on Webflow with Airtable and Memberstack managing data and user accounts. However, due to limitations with our current tech stack and issues with API integrations, we have not yet launched the platform.
Current Challenges:
• Platform Limitations and Urgency:
• We have faced challenges with API integrations on Webflow, which has delayed our launch.
• We now need to migrate the platform to a more flexible and scalable solution (like Flutter, Bubble, Next.js, etc.) as quickly as possible to meet our launch goals.
• We are under tight time constraints and require a quick turnaround to get the platform fully operational.
• No Proper Backend:
• Currently, Airtable is being used as our backend, but it’s unsustainable and difficult to scale. We need a dedicated backend to manage orders, package requests, and customer interactions more efficiently.
• The backend should provide an easy-to-use interface for managing quotes, design requests, and order processing.
• Fragmented User Experience:
• Users currently have to log in multiple times to access integrated third-party services, which creates friction.
• We need a solution where users can seamlessly access all services within our portal without requiring multiple logins. Accounts with third-party services should be automatically created when users sign up on our platform.
Project Requirements:
1. Platform Migration & Backend Setup
• Requirement: Migrate the current platform from Webflow, Airtable, and Memberstack to a new, more robust platform (e.g., Flutter, Bubble, Next.js, or another suitable technology).
• Purpose: Build a scalable backend to replace Airtable, allowing better management of orders, package requests, and customer data.
• Outcome: A stable, scalable platform that supports the seamless integration of multiple APIs and improves overall performance.
Core Functionalities to Build & Integrate:
1. Uber Direct API Integration
• What You Need: Users should be able to connect their Uber Direct accounts, manually request deliveries, and track delivery statuses directly from the portal.
• Why: To allow restaurants to efficiently manage delivery operations without leaving the platform.
2. PhotoRoom API Integration
• What You Need: Allow users to upload images, remove backgrounds, and enhance visuals directly through the portal using the PhotoRoom API.
• Why: To help restaurants improve the presentation of their product listings, enhancing customer engagement.
3. Order Manager (White-Label) API Integration
• What You Need: Automate account creation for users upon sign-up, integrating the order manager directly into their dashboard. Users should not have to log in multiple times to access third-party services.
• Why: To streamline the user experience and provide centralized order management within our platform.
4. Mailchimp API Integration
• What You Need: Set up automated email notifications for user actions like sign-ups, order updates, and reminders.
• Why: To enhance customer engagement and automate communication.
5. Anthropic AI Chatbot Integration
• What You Need: Integrate an AI-powered chatbot to handle customer inquiries, automate responses, and assist with support directly within the portal.
• Why: To provide instant support to users, reducing the need for manual customer service.
Additional Requirements:
• Automated User Onboarding & Account Creation:
• Implement a pre-access form that users must fill out upon sign-up. This form will automatically set up their accounts with integrated third-party services.
• Seamlessly guide users through onboarding so they can immediately access the portal and its features.
• Scalable Backend Development:
• Build a backend system using a scalable architecture (e.g., Node.js, Firebase, AWS) to replace Airtable and simplify data management.
• The backend should support viewing and managing package requests, sending quotes, and processing orders efficiently.
• White-Label Browser Integration:
• Integrate a browser-based solution that allows users to access third-party services directly within our platform, eliminating the need for multiple logins.
Preferred Tech Stack:
• Frontend: Flutter, Bubble, Next.js, or another framework that supports API integration.
• Backend: Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or other scalable serverless architectures.
• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Airtable or another scalable database that works well
Deliverables:
1. Full migration from Webflow to a new, scalable platform that addresses our current limitations.
2. Development of a robust backend to replace Airtable, allowing efficient management of orders and customer data.
3. Integration of all required APIs (Uber Direct, PhotoRoom, Order Manager, Mailchimp, Anthropic AI).
4. Automated user onboarding with seamless third-party account creation.
5. Comprehensive testing and optimization for a quick launch.
