We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical export company seeking an experienced Gmail & Google Workspace expert to provide comprehensive support. This freelance/consulting role offers the potential for long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with both email and file migration from another platform and an older Google Workspace account.
- Optimize Gmail inbox settings, filters, and automation rules.
- Manage Drive file sharing and ownership.
- Enhance security measures and implement productivity automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience with Gmail & Google Workspace admin and user-level tools.
- Hands-on experience with email and file migration.
- Deep understanding of Gmail features and Drive management.
- Familiarity with Workspace functionalities.
- Bonus: Experience with Zoho integration, Google Apps Script, or Workspace API.
