The primary focus of the project is developing and automating functions for lead generation, sales follow-up, appointment booking, field service delivery, billing & payment follow-up functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage integration and automation to enhance all the above processes.
- Currently, we use Google Sheets as our database for all processes.
Ideal Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with Google Sheets and Appsscript.
- Proven track record with Doubletick.io or similar Whatsapp API integration with Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in the automation of orders and appointment booking for field services.
- Strong understanding of small business operations and needs.
