Google Ads API Fix ASAP

I have an urgent need to fix an issue with the Google Ads API. We updated to V13 and having some issues with Customer Match calls to Google Ads. The developer rolled the server back, and now we have v10 which has been deprecated for months.
Right now I need to make a call to the API to Google Ads to remove records from a customer list. There are 50+ lists, so not possible to do manually. I have names, ID’s etc., just need the API fixed asap.
My issue isn't one of the most common issues, being neither authentication errors or a lack of data in API requests; it is something slightly different and I need it fixed ASAP. I need to be able to have the API requests return the data I need, so that I can efficiently manage my ads. Time is of the essence, so we need to get this resolved quickly.
