Full Stack Developer for Minecraft Dashboard

I am looking for a Full Stack Developer who can create a Minecraft Dashboard. The main focus of the dashboard will be player management (banning, groups, etc). As for the design, we will be using a ready made Bootstrap Theme. No customization is required.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Full Stack Development (usage of modern Frameworks/Stack)
- Familiarity with Minecraft Server is helpful but not a must
- Knowledge of Bootstrap themes and design principles.
