Freelancer Needed – Mass Messaging Specialist (Official API) -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for an experienced freelancer who can run large-scale outbound messaging campaigns using their own messaging infrastructure and official APIs (WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio, or similar platforms).
The freelancer must already have their own structure set up for sending messages at scale. I am not providing the messaging infrastructure.
This role is strictly for people who already have hands-on experience with high-volume message sending. If you have never managed mass messaging campaigns before, please do not apply.
Project details:
Target audience: Brazilian leads
Large contact lists
Structured outbound campaigns
Potential for long-term work
Payment model
Payment will be per message successfully sent, using the freelancer’s own sending structure and API setup.
This project is designed for operators who are comfortable working with high-volume messaging and scalable campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience with mass messaging systems
Must have their own infrastructure for message sending
Experience using official messaging APIs
Ability to handle large lead databases
Knowledge of delivery optimisation and anti-blocking practices
Comfortable working with sensitive niches
