Freelancer Job Filter Tool

I need a small, no-nonsense tool that pulls the latest projects from Freelancer.com and shows me only the genuine ones—specifically, listings where the client’s payment method is VERIFIED.

Scope of work
• Connect to the Freelancer.com API or, if the API is not sufficient, implement a lightweight scraper that stays within the site’s Terms of Service.
• Parse each project and discard any post that lacks a verified payment method.
• Give me a clean, sortable list (CSV download or simple web dashboard) that includes project title, brief description, link, employer rating, and posted date.
• Build in optional keyword or category filters so I can target writing, graphic design, software development, or any future niche without changing the code.
• Allow the job list to refresh on demand and/or on a schedule (cron or task scheduler).

Acceptance criteria
1. Every result in the output comes from a client whose payment method shows the Verified badge.
2. Zero unverified or duplicate postings appear.
3. The tool installs with one command and runs on Windows, macOS, or Linux (a portable Python, Node.js, or similar solution is fine—pick what you do best).
4. Clear README explaining setup, dependencies, and how to tweak keyword/category filters.

Keep the interface minimal; accuracy and reliability matter more than visual polish. If you’ve built similar marketplace filters before, let me know—speed of delivery is a plus.
