Fix Sucuri Firewall Site Outage

My site is showing the “Sucuri Website Firewall – Not Configured” message and is completely unreachable. I haven’t touched any code, DNS records, or hosting settings recently, so whatever broke did so on its own or on Sucuri’s side.

You’ll have full cPanel / hosting admin access to investigate. I’m not even sure whether the Sucuri Firewall was ever finished being set up, so the first step is confirming its status, then correcting whatever DNS, API, or server-side settings are missing or mismatched.

What I need from you:
• Identify why the firewall is blocking traffic.
• Re-configure or properly disable Sucuri so the site resolves normally.
• Verify the fix from multiple locations and provide a brief summary of what was changed so I can avoid the issue in future.

If you’re comfortable with Sucuri dashboards, DNS propagation, and server logs, this should be a quick win. I’m ready to hand over credentials as soon as we agree on the start time, and I’d like the site live again today if possible.
