Fix SMS API Issue

I need help resolving error/incorrect responses from an SMS messaging program built in Laravel using the Challonge API.
Program built in Laravel using challonge apt to send sms messages to players . Program is working perfectly in Single stage tournament selection. But program is not working in 2 stage tournament selection. Need to verify issue and repair if possible.
Requirements:
- Identify and fix API errors
- Laravel experience is essential
- Experience with Challonge API is a plus
- Troubleshooting skills are necessary
