Fix Plivo Integration

I'm developing a web app using Lovable.dev and need help with integrating Plivo.
Current Issues:
- Step 1 Error: Getting an error message during setup, although Plivo shows the sub-account is created successfully.
- Phone Number API: I’ve connected the API but the phone numbers are not displaying.
Please ensure the integration works without errors and displays the list of phone numbers.
