Fix EXE Login Issue, Replicate Admin Panel & Setup Affiliate System

I have two separate systems hosted under the same hosting provider:
1. Online course website
2. Another application with an admin panel
Both are separate websites but hosted under the same control panel. Their login databases exist under the same hosting environment.
Recently after a server/PHP upgrade, login functionality stopped working correctly.
One freelancer already fixed the main website login for Fedu Academy, but the EXE-based login system still has an issue.

Scope of Work
1️. Fix EXE Login Issue
The EXE application connects to the website for authentication.
Tasks include:
• Debug login/authentication issue
• Fix session or validation issues
• Ensure license activation works correctly
• Ensure compatibility with current PHP version
Important:
• EXE source code will NOT be provided
• The issue is on the web login/API side, not inside the EXE

2️. Replicate Existing Admin Panel
Echartar already has a working admin panel.
Task:
• Replicate the existing admin panel to Fedu Academy
• Same UI and logic (no new development required)
• Minimal changes only to adapt to Fedu Academy system

3️. WordPress Installation for Affiliate System
Install WordPress separately for the affiliate system.
Requirements:
• Install WordPress in a subdomain or subfolder
• Install and configure the purchased affiliate plugin
• Affiliate signup/login should work correctly
• “Become an Affiliate” button should open the affiliate portal in a new window

4. Minor Website Changes
Small edits such as:
• Text/content updates
• Link corrections
• Minor frontend adjustments

Important Notes
• No database structure changes unless discussed
• Both systems must remain stable
• FTP and database access will be provided

Future Phases (Separate Projects)
If this phase goes well, additional development will follow including:
Phase 2
• Razorpay course automation
• WhatsApp notification integration
Phase 3
• Vimeo completion tracking
• Automatic PDF certificate generation
These will be separate feature enhancements/projects.
