I manage a Facebook page that receives a steady flow of direct messages each day. To handle them more efficiently, I need a lightweight chat-response system that listens for specific keywords in incoming Messenger conversations and fires back the correct pre-written reply. Everything happens on Facebook only; other social platforms can stay out of scope for now.
