Export WhatsApp Contacts to Excel
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I run WhatsApp Business with roughly 1,500–2,000 chat contacts. Some of the numbers are already in my phonebook, many are still unsaved. What I need is a clean Excel sheet that lists every single phone number you can pull from my account and clearly flags each one as “saved” or “unsaved” so I can sort and work with them later.
You may use any reliable workflow you prefer—Google Takeout, browser automation, or a purpose-built script—as long as it meets three conditions:
1. Every chatted number appears once in the spreadsheet.
2. A column distinguishes saved from unsaved contacts.
3. My chat history and account credentials remain confidential throughout the process.
I’m not sure whether the chats have internal labels, so you can ignore labels unless you find an easy way to incorporate them. Please outline the method you’d follow, the estimated turnaround, and any access or backup steps you’ll need from me before getting started.
