We are seeking a highly experienced freelancer to operate high-volume bulk messaging campaigns. This role requires a professional with proven expertise in executing large-scale messaging operations using official APIs and their own robust infrastructure. This is an operational role, not a consulting or configuration position; we need someone actively working in production environments, capable of ensuring consistent and controlled message delivery at scale. The primary focus will be on executing outbound messaging campaigns targeting Brazilian leads. Responsibilities include managing extensive contact lists and complex campaign flows, ensuring high delivery rates, and maintaining system stability. The operator will manage sending operations through official APIs such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio, or other approved BSP providers, and will be responsible for monitoring sending performance, delivery status, and overall campaign efficiency. Candidates must possess solid hands-on experience with high-volume messaging operations and have existing, reliable infrastructure for sending messages at scale. Experience with official messaging APIs is mandatory, as unofficial tools will not be considered. A strong understanding of rate limits, throughput control, and delivery optimization is essential, along with experience managing large datasets and segmented campaigns.
