EspoCRM Customization & Integration

The selected freelancer will work on EspoCRM customization and integration, including but not limited to:

1. Data Model & Entities
Design and customize entities for:
Client (individual & organization)
Provider (individual & organization)
Products / Services (call, meeting, message, hourly, daily, yearly)
Orders (first order & follow-up orders)
Appointments & bookings
Payments, payouts, refunds
Disputes & reviews
Special offers & advertisements
Proper relationships between entities
Custom fields and layouts

2. Business Logic & Automation
Implement Hooks, Workflows, and Custom Services for:
Status-based form lock/unlock
Order lifecycle management
Provider ranking logic
Offer eligibility rules
Dispute and refund workflows
Role-based permissions and access control

3. User Behaviour Tracking & Audit
Implement custom user behaviour tracking:
Login/logout
Record views and updates
Key user actions (booking, payment, dispute)
Use:
EspoCRM hooks
Custom database tables or entities
Advanced audit logs beyond default EspoCRM audit

4. Frontend Customization
Extend EspoCRM frontend (Backbone.js):
Custom views
Button actions
Conditional UI behavior
Improve UX without modifying core files

5. API & Integration
Build and consume custom EspoCRM APIs for:
External web app (client & provider portals)
Admin dashboard
Secure API authentication and access control
Webhooks or event-based triggers if needed

6. Deployment & Best Practices
Docker-based or Linux server deployment
Performance optimization
Clean upgrade-safe customizations
Proper documentation
