Enhancements for Real Estate Web App

I built a 44,000-line real estate platform. Most of it works. I need a developer to connect the pieces and add what's missing.

WHAT'S ALREADY BUILT & WORKING:

- AI content creation (OpenAI) that learns user preferences

- 42-chapter training curriculum
- Open house claiming system (syncs to Airtable)
- Team announcements & vendor directory

- PWA with offline support

✅ Transaction Portal (2,000 lines)
- Buyer view (tasks, dates, money, FAQ)
- Seller view (different content)
- Agent view (full control)
- TC view (transaction coordinator templates)
- Role switching already works
- Document tracking
- Closing cost breakdowns

✅ Airtable Integration
- Open houses sync working
- Deal sync partially working

WHAT I NEED BUILT:

1. ADMIN DASHBOARD (Priority #1)
- Team leader sees all agents' deals
- Activity leaderboards
- Manage announcements
- See who claimed which open houses

2. LOGIN SYSTEM
- User authentication
- Role-based access (Admin, Agent, TC, Client)
- Connect to Airtable or Supabase

3. CONNECT THE PIECES
- Link main platform to transaction portal
- Clients get invite link to their portal
- Everything syncs to one database

TECH STACK:
- Vanilla JavaScript (no frameworks)
- HTML/CSS
- Airtable (current) or Supabase (open to migration)
- Google APIs (Sheets, Calendar)
- OpenAI API

NOT NEEDED:
- Don't rebuild what works
- Don't migrate to React/Vue unless you can justify it
- Don't over-engineer
