Employment Hero HRMS Integration
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I want Employment Hero talking seamlessly to our current HR management system so that staff information stays consistent everywhere. The scope covers three core workflows: employee onboarding, performance reviews, and leave management. Data from each of these modules needs to flow in real time, not on a scheduled batch, so webhooks or an always-on API connection will be essential.
My HR platform already exposes REST endpoints and supports OAuth2. Employment Hero provides an open API as well, so the task is mainly about mapping fields, building the middleware (or configuring Zapier/Make if you feel it’s quicker), and validating that the sync runs bi-directionally without conflicts or duplicate records.
Deliverables
• Field-mapping document for all three modules
• Working integration code or no-code workflow with clear deployment steps
• End-to-end test cases proving real-time sync, including create, update, and delete events
• Brief handover notes so my internal admin can monitor or extend the connection later
