Email Setup & Automation with Java API (Agencies)

Job ID: 40150693

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

JavaScript API & Automation Specialist (Agencies Only)

NOTE: * AGENCIES ONLY *

This is a deliberately small, low-risk project.

The agency that proves speed, precision, and reliability here will be shortlisted first for larger-scale, ongoing automation projects already queued.

I am looking for a professional IT Agency to run a very small and simple batch-automation project. This project involves creating and setting up 400 email accounts across 400 different domains.

I already have the JavaScript code created for you; your job is to run the scripts, manage the APIs, and ensure quality control.

Project Action Items (Sequence)

You will run JavaScript batches to complete the following tasks:

1. Batch Email Creation (MXroute API): Run the script to create 400 email accounts and domains.

2. Inbound Routing Batch: Set all 400 accounts to forward every incoming email to one master address.

3. DNS Automation (Cloudflare API): Run a batch to update MX, SPF, and DKIM records for all 400 domains.

4. Profile Image Batch (Gravatar API): Connect each email to our brand logo so it shows a profile picture.

5. Warmup Batch (TrulyInbox CSV): Create and upload a master CSV file to start the email warmup process.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Agencies Only*

Agencies, you MUST include the following for the assigned IT person for this job::

.1. Proof of Education: Copies of University/College IT degrees or JavaScript coding certificates for the team members assigned.

2. Certified Staff: Your coders *MUST* be JavaScript trained and certified

3. References: Contact details / proof of similar jobs completed for 3 previous clients confirming high-quality JavaScript work.

4. Communication: Excellent English and communication skills are required.

5. Documentation: You must provide a Milestone Sheet to track progress daily.

6. Best Practices: High standards for QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control).

How to Apply (Mandatory)

Answers to Skill Questions: You must answer the 3 questions below.

1. API Rate Limiting: When running a loop to create 400 accounts via API, how many seconds of "delay" (sleep) would you program between each request to avoid being blocked, and why?

2. DNS Propagation: If the Cloudflare API confirms the records are added, but the email "Connection Test" fails immediately after, what is the most likely reason?

3. Error Handling: In a batch process of 400 items, how do you ensure the script continues to run if domain #55 fails, and how do you report that specific failure

Please include in your reply:

"I agree to the validation scope and my proposed $150 USD fixed bid."

"I confirm we are an Agency"
