Echo Show 15 Photo Exchange Setup

I'm looking for a developer to help set up the photo exchange feature in Amazon Photos on my Echo Show 15. The setup should include:

- Automated photo uploads from users via mobile app.
- Mobile app integration should support both iOS and Android platforms.
- Without using the embedded Amazon Family Vault feature
