Dynamics 365 CRM Integration Expert
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My organisation already runs Dynamics 365 and the next phase is to connect it cleanly with our other business systems. I need an expert who knows the platform inside-out and can build, test, and document the entire integration layer.
Scope
• Analyse the current Dynamics 365 setup and the external applications I will share (API docs and access credentials provided).
• Design the most suitable approach—whether that means native Dynamics 365 connectors, Power Automate flows, Azure Logic Apps, or custom plug-ins.
• Configure secure data exchange, field mapping, error handling, and scheduling so information flows both ways in near-real-time.
• Provide concise technical documentation and a short hand-over call so my in-house team can manage routine monitoring.
Acceptance criteria
1. Data from the external systems appears in the correct Dynamics 365 entities without manual intervention.
2. All write-backs from Dynamics 365 reach the target systems and pass validation tests we will define together.
3. A clear deployment guide and rollback plan are delivered alongside commented source files or flow exports.
If you have hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 API, OData/REST endpoints, and the Microsoft Power Platform tool-set, this job should be straightforward. Let me know your estimated timeline and which integration projects you’ve completed recently.
