Development of WhatsApp-Based Event Photo Sharing Platform

We are looking to develop a unique event photo-sharing platform that utilizes WhatsApp for photo uploads and event-specific galleries. It will allow event guests to easily join an event’s “channel” via WhatsApp, share photos, and view the gallery through a dedicated web link.
Key Features:
WhatsApp Integration:
A single WhatsApp number where guests join events by messaging “join [eventcode]” (e.g., “join johnbirthday”).
Ability for guests to send photos to this number, which are then stored in a gallery for that event.
Backend Development:
Secure backend to handle event management, user/guest registration, and photo storage.
Automated photo sorting and storage (e.g., AWS S3 or Google Cloud).
Database to store event details, guest participation, and photos.
Frontend Web Gallery:
Public gallery page for each event (e.g., www.iiii.com/johnbirthday), displaying all shared photos in real-time.
User dashboard for event creation and management, with options for gallery privacy and moderation.
Automated Messaging:
Welcome and instruction message upon joining.
Timeout message to automatically “remove” guests from the event channel after 24 hours.
Technical Requirements:
WhatsApp Business API integration with automated keyword recognition and media handling.
Backend and API development (Node.js, Python, or similar).
Frontend development for gallery display and user dashboard (React or Vue preferred).
Database (PostgreSQL) and cloud storage integration for media handling.
Ideal Developer Experience:
Previous experience with WhatsApp API (or similar messaging API).
