Delivery Batching System Development in Bubble
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
Scope of Work – Technical (Bubble)
I will need helps in design and implement a delivery batching system that:
• Automatically groups 2–3 nearby orders within a time window (60–90 seconds)
• Supports peak vs off-peak logic
• Converts to solo delivery when batching fails
• Is compliant with delivery minimum pay rules
• Tracks driver active time, pickup, delivery, and completion
• Correctly handles refunds, credits, and failed batches
• Uses Bubble backend workflows (API workflows, scheduled workflows)
• Works efficiently at scale (no infinite loops / poor DB design)
You will not be expected to invent the business logic — we already have a clear batching model, calculations, and flow diagrams. Your job is to implement it cleanly in Bubble and advise on best practices.

You will also help:
• Improve customer order flow (clear pricing, batching status, ETA)
• Improve User UI (prep timing, batch readiness, order status)
• Improve driver UI (batched pickup flow, navigation clarity)
• Make the app simple, fast, and intuitive
• Reduce user confusion around batching and delivery timing

Skills Required
• Advanced Bubble.io experience (backend workflows, scheduling, privacy rules)
• Experience building marketplace or logistics apps
• Strong understanding of conditional logic & performance
• UI/UX design experience (mobile-first)
• Ability to explain decisions clearly (English required)
Nice to have (but not required):
• Experience with food delivery / ride-share apps
• Experience with compliance-driven systems
