Custom Dynamics 365 CRM Builder

I am rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 to cover Sales, Field Service, and Marketing, but I need the environment tailored well beyond the standard templates. Out-of-the-box functionality will not capture our processes, so I’m looking for a developer who can shape the platform through deep customisation and reliable integration work.

Here is what I would like delivered:

• Custom workflows that mirror our end-to-end sales and service journeys
• New entities and fields that fit our terminology and data model
• Interactive dashboards and reports that surface KPIs for each team in real time
• Robust API / webhook connections so Dynamics can push and pull data from our existing applications

All components must be built natively within Dynamics 365, follow Microsoft best-practice, and deploy cleanly between environments (Dev → Test → Prod). When the work is complete I will validate functionality against sample scenarios and confirm that each deliverable performs as specified without breaking future updates.
