Custom CRM with Outlook Integration

I need a lightweight custom CRM that hooks directly into our Office 365 / Outlook accounts so every quote request that lands in the shared inbox instantly becomes – or updates – a record in the system. The CRM must be able to both send and receive mail through Outlook’s API while keeping the entire conversation grouped in one basic thread. Nothing elaborate: as long as each reply is linked to the right record and the running history is visible, that’s perfect.

Within the app I want a clean internal dashboard highlighting open quotes, their status, and who replied last. Attachments arriving by email (or added manually) must be stored against the related record and be downloadable at any time.

A small reporting section should cover two essentials from day one:
• Sales summarization so I can see total value won vs. lost over any period
• Quote conversion rate to track how many requests turn into orders

If the architecture leaves room for future KPIs, even better.

Core actions include contact search, quote generation (simple PDF or email body), message logging, and data export to CSV. Tech stack is your call—Laravel, Node, .NET, or similar—provided the result is browser-based, fast, and easy to maintain.
