Crypto Alert Telegram Bot Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Telegram bot that alerts me about specific cryptocurrencies based on my criteria. The bot should be able to fetch real-time data and send notifications.

Key Requirements:
- Python scripting
- API integration (preferably CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, or CryptoCompare)
- Telegram bot development

Criteria for Alerts:
- Market cap/FDV < 0.05 (circulating supply / total supply < 0.05)
- FDV > $1.5 billion
- Not listed on Binance and Bybit spot markets
- Perpetual contract listed on Binance
