Create Automated Systems Using ChatGPT and Our Various Business Applications' APIs

Our business currently uses the following applications:

1) Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Automate, etc.)
2) Egnyte Cloud Server
3) MyCase.com
4) ChatGPT for Teams
5) Zapier

Using Power Automate and/or Zapier, we want to create various cloud flows that directly integrate our different applications with ChatGPT.

For example, when an e-mail is received to a shared mailbox, have ChatGPT analyze the e-mail and then automatically perform the following actions based on ChatGPT's analysis:

1) Move the e-mail to the appropriate Outlook folder
2) If there are attachments, then save each attachment to the appropriate subfolder located in Egnyte, using our file naming protocol
3) Add all relevant tasks and/or events to MyCase.com
4) Sync the MyCase events with Outlook Calendar
5) Sync the MyCase tasks with Microsoft Planner
6) Draft a sample reply e-mail, if needed

Ultimately, we want ChatGPT to automatically perform the necessary tasks as well, such as drafting documents, etc.
