Requirements:
Must have existing experience to connect to the Unified Inbox solution:
1: UTM (campaign), so it gets registered in each lead's custom field. The campaign within Google Ad / FB is where the leads come from. Currently, the customer clicks on a Google Ads campaign, then goes to the website, then clicks on the WhatsApp link that opens a conversation in WhatsApp. The idea is to know if it comes from Google Ads campaigns 1, 2, or 3, etc. Do the same for FB campaigns.
2: 360 dialog (https://www.360dialog.com/). Connect it to the Unified Inbox solution. When we chat, I will indicate the Unified Inbox Solution when you ask for it.
