Connect Supplier API with Odoo 18

I'm looking to integrate this API: https://developers.syscom.mx/docs with Odoo. The goal is to synchronize products with all their available fields: prices, stock, inventory, SAT codes, descriptions, images, etc. I also want to have a configurable menu to edit profit margins, exchange rates, etc. The main idea is to be able to quote and invoice in just a few clicks. I already have Odoo setup and working.
