Configure Permissions Instagram Graph API

Hi,

I need help configuring permissions for Instagram Graph API. The setup is 90% done, but I'm stuck on the permission configuration step.

What's already done:

• Meta Developer App created (HUNIHOODS)
• Facebook Page connected
• Instagram Business Account (@hunihoods) linked to Page
• Use cases added in app dashboard

What I need:

• Configure these permissions properly: instagram_business_content_publish, pages_read_engagement, instagram_business_manage_comments, instagram_business_manage_messages
• Generate a working access token (long-lived preferred)
• 10-minute walkthrough showing how you did it (screenshare or Loom video)

The problem:
Graph API Explorer won't let me add permissions, and I can't figure out where to properly configure them in the current Meta Developer Portal UI.

Budget: $75-100 for ~30-60 minutes of work
