I’m building an eBay dropshipping business modeled after high-volume sellers who ship from China. These sellers list thousands of affordable products with variations (size, color, etc.), get great visibility, and receive very few complaints because delivery expectations are set correctly. I want a complete technical solution from you.
Here’s what I need:
1. Winning Product Research & Data
I don’t have product data. You need to provide a way to find winning/trending products suitable for eBay (items that sell well, with good margins).
Products must come with all the data ready for uploading: titles, descriptions, images, prices, and most importantly variations like size, color, etc.
Ideally, you can pull data from Chinese supplier platforms (1688, Taobao, etc.) or use any reliable method to identify winning products.
I need enough product data to list thousands of items initially, and the ability to refresh/add new products regularly.
2. Bulk eBay Listing Tool (with Variations)
A system that can take that product data and upload it to my eBay store in bulk, fully automated via eBay API.
Must handle multiple variations (size, color, style, etc.) correctly, including variation images and pricing differences.
All listings must show item location as China, with shipping time estimates that match typical China post/Epacket timelines.
Support for category mapping, item specifics, and return policies.
3. Order Forwarding to Supplier Group
I have a group of Chinese suppliers on Telegram or WhatsApp. When I get a sale, the system must forward the order details (product, variation chosen, buyer address, quantity) into that group instantly.
The system should let the first supplier claim the order and lock it, preventing duplicate claims (order-grabbing model).
It should also have a manual fallback mode in case I don’t have API access initially — perhaps a tool where I can enter order details manually and still send them to the group with claiming logic.
The Ideal Freelancer for This Job:
Understands eBay dropshipping and the China-based seller model.
Can either provide a product sourcing database/scraping tool, or integrate with one, so I don’t have to find products manually.
Has experience with eBay API, especially bulk listing with variations.
