Comprehensive RFID Solution for Large-Scale Warehouses

We are seeking an RFID technology partner to supply both hardware and software for large-scale warehouse environments across retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
Our customers manage high-volume inventories (500,000+ parts) including metal components, plastics, rubber, oils, lubricants, and packaged items stored in multi-level racks with bin locations. We require an RFID solution that supports full warehouse operations including:
Operational Requirements
• Receiving stock (print + apply tag, link to part number, automated entry via reader gateways)
• Dispatch processing using fixed RFID receivers to automatically remove parts from stock
• Bin transfers and internal warehouse movements
• Stock counting using handheld RFID scanners (cycle counts and full stock counts)
• RFID tag printing and encoding performed by customer onsite
Tag & Hardware Requirements
• RFID tags must work on metal, plastic, rubber, liquids, bottles, and boxed parts
• Tags supplied by partner OR specs must be provided for local sourcing
• Fixed RFID gateways required at receiving & dispatch zones
• Handheld scanners required for aisle/bin scanning
• Must support industrial RFID printers for customer-side printing
If hardware cannot be supplied directly, full compatibility documentation must be provided so we can source devices locally.
Software Requirements
• Real-time stock visibility and item-level tracking
• Bulk scanning & anti-collision performance
• Dashboard reporting and audit trails
• API support for integration into external systems (ERP/WMS)
Commercial Partnership Requirements
• White label software, we should be able to host the software on our own server and make any software changes to the software as and when we need.
Support & Service Requirements
• Bug fixes must be resolved within 24 hours
• Ongoing support and assistance with technical queries
• Openness to software customisation upon request
