Complete WhatsApp Cloud API Setup

I want to get my business up and running on the WhatsApp Cloud API and need someone who can handle the entire process for me—from creating a Facebook Business Manager account to delivering a fully verified, production-ready WhatsApp Cloud API number.

Here is what I expect as concrete deliverables:
• Create and configure a new Facebook Business Manager account, making sure business verification is successfully completed.
• Add and verify the desired phone number in WhatsApp Business, link it to the Cloud API, and secure the permanent access tokens.
• Set up the Meta app, obtain the necessary app credentials, and enable webhooks so I can start testing straight away.
• Provide a brief hand-over document (or short call) that shows me where to find the credentials, how to rotate tokens, and how to send a test message through cURL or Postman.
