Complete Social Media Automation System
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
I want a single, streamlined workflow that takes data I already maintain in Excel, turns it into engaging social posts, and publishes them automatically to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok. After each post goes live, the same workflow should loop back, capture the basic performance numbers (likes, comments, shares, views, etc.) and drop them neatly into the same or a new Excel sheet so I can track results at a glance.
My ideal setup can run on a schedule or be triggered manually, handle images or short-form video where the source file is named in the spreadsheet, and let me tweak the post template (caption placeholders, hashtags, emojis) without touching code every time. I’m comfortable if you build it in Python, Node, or any other language that plays well with official APIs or reliable automation tools—just keep it maintainable, clearly documented, and easy for me to update.

• Script / app that reads the Excel sheet, generates post text from the specified columns, attaches media, and publishes to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
• Routine that retrieves post-level metrics after publication and appends or writes them back to Excel in an organised way.
• Simple configuration file or form where I can adjust templates, posting schedule, and credential keys.
• Brief walkthrough (video or live call) plus commented source code so I can run or adapt the solution myself.
Acceptance Criteria
– A test run publishes sample posts to all five platforms without manual intervention.
– Excel file updates automatically with the corresponding URLs and metrics.
– Setup runs on Windows 11 with only the dependencies you list in the README.
